Privacy Policy/User Agreement
PetPrints 3D will never sell or share any of the names, addresses, or information in any of our databases. We collect your information only when you request product literature and samples, or via direct contact with our company.
We collect your personal information only to enable an efficient interaction with our company. We may use your information to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers, and other information we believe would benefit you.
Use of Image and Likeness:
By submitting your pet photographs to PetPrints 3D through either the online upload form or via email at info@petprints3d.com, you understand and agree that both your photographs and the resulting models can and may be used on our website, social media sites, in our showroom and in any and all future promotions related to the PetPrints 3D brand or company.
Should you or another person appear in the photographs along with your pet, you also acknowledge and agree that you, or they, may be featured in photo albums on the Facebook page or website. You grant PetPrints 3D and the parent company, Objex Unlimited express written permissions to use your image, your pets image or likeness in future marketing endeavours. From time to time, our pawtners, who have signed an agreement with us, may display the image of your pet along with the 3D printed model for sales purposes. Your images may appear in publications written about the PetPrints 3D brand.
We will never sell the images submitted to anyone.
User Agreement:
By purchasing a PetPrints 3D custom pet sculpture, you agree to provide designers with feedback on digital images, if requested, to ensure you receive the best possible representation of your pet. Please note, PetPrints 3D does not offer refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your PetPrints 3D model, let us know and we will do our best to amend the issue. We will remake it from scratch, if necessary, but may request the incorrect or broken model be shipped back to us prior to this. If this is requred, we will pay the return shipping costs.
With any electronic correspondence we send, you will always have the ability to immediately opt-out of future mailings. If at any time you have any concerns about the collection, use or storage of your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
