*WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF EXPANDING AND UPGRADING OUR WEBSITE. UNFORTUNATELY, SOMETIMES TECHNICAL GLITCHES HAPPEN. IF YOU ARE USING THE ORDER FORM BELOW TO PLACE AN ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM ONE OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS (NOT A GENERIC AUTOMATED MESSAGE) TO CONFIRM THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED AND ARE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ONE, WE RECOMMEND FOLLOWING UP WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE SAFE. IN THE MEANTIME, WE RECOMMEND ORDERING VIA EMAIL: info@petprints3d.com WHILE WE DO OUR BEST TO UPGRADE THE SITE. All international orders will receive a confirmation email with an accurate shipping quote. You will need to approve this before your order can be processed. Please check your junk mail or email settings if you have not yet received one. 

 

At PetPrints 3D, we understand that every pet is special and unique in their own way. In order to make the best possible 3D printed pet model, we require you to provide us with the following photos:

 

1. Side shots (profile) of your pet standing from both sides

2. A photograph of your pet face on 

3. A profile shot of their head close up 

4. A top view of your pet

5. The rear regions of your pet, including tail, back legs and lower back.

6. Your pet sitting down in a comfortable position

7. Any other positions you wish us to create of your pet (lying down, sprawled out, etc) – *OPTIONAL

 

*Please also note, to accurately capture proportions, we'd like to ask that the photos (except 4) are taken as close to an equal level as your pet as possible. Photos that are looking down at your pet create the illusions of incorrect proportions and may result in your PetPrints 3D custom pet sculpture having incorrect dimensions. PetPrints 3D is not responsible for incorrect dimensions if the photo guidelines are not adhered to, to the best of your ability. * 

 

PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU'D LIKE ANY ACCESSORIES, i.e. COLLARS, TAGS, SMALL BALLS, ETC, INCORPORATED IN YOUR MODEL WHEN YOU ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT, AND TRY TO SPECIFY IT LATER IN THE PROCESS, THE DESIGN TEAM MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST DEPENDING ON HOW BUSY THEY ARE. THERE IS SPACE ON THE ORDER FORM BELOW (ADDITIONAL COMMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS) FOR YOU TO MAKE THESE REQUESTS. ALSO, DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROPS OR COSTUME PIECES BEING ADDED TO THE MODEL, THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 

 

If your pet has already passed on, we will take any photographs that you can provide us with and we will do our best to bring a part of your pet back to you.

 

Photos will be accepted in the following formats: .TIFF, .JPG, .PSD, .PNG
